Welcome to sign a service agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) with Aye Education LIMITED. (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Aye Education”). It should be noted that before signing the agreement, please fully read the agreement and all terms in related attachments. In case of any doubt to the agreement and any prompt messages, please stop subsequent operation. You can call 852-56113927 for further interpretation and explanation.

 

We focus on and attach importance to the protection of juveniles’ rights. You should be 18 years old or above upon payment. If you are below 18 years old, please stop subsequent operation immediately.

 

Please acknowledge that once signing this agreement by clicking or other means, it shall be deemed that you approve this agreement; according to related laws and regulations and judivial interpretation, the agreement will come into effect after being signed in a digital form.

 

1.Selection of Teachers

Once signing this agreement by clicking or other means, it shall be deemed that you authorize us to arrange teachers and counselors for you autonomously. According to our internal operation, we can change the teacher or counselor who is serving you autonomously if needed.

2.Class Hour and Usage

1) User: Only for the user (hereinafter referred to as “Student”) that you filled in upon purchasing class hours. In principle, class hours cannot be transferred to others.

2) Class Hour:

For children under 8 years old: Each class hour is 40 minutes.

For children aged 8 and above: Each class hour is 60 minutes.

For adults: Each class hour is 60 minutes.

3) Valid Period of Class Hour: Since the date of purchase, class hours are valid for 3 years and become invalid automatically upon expiration.

3. Class Recording

To constantly improve our teaching quality and level, we may record the class. You can confirm the agreement by clicking or other means, it shall be deemed that you approve our class recording.

4. Class Time and Starting Time

Class Time: fixed class schedule

Starting Time: Lessons first official starting time after purchasing class hours and being in a class.

• Individual Class: After purchasing class hours, counselor will contact you within 3 days and negotiate the starting time with you.

• Group Class: In principle, lessons will start after your class being filled to capacity. After the class being filled to capacity, you will receive a notification of the starting time from counselor within 3 days.

5.Late, Early Leave, Request for Leave, Absence, Makeup

Individual Class:

1)If you are late or leave early for personal reasons, we will start and end the class as scheduled. For the learning content missed, you can contact the counselor to purchase more class hours as needed.

2) If you fail to attend a class, please ask the counselor for leave in advance. If you miss a class (failure to attend a class) without asking for leave in advance, we will deduct corresponding class hours from your remaining class hours.

Group Class:

1) If you are late or leave early for personal reasons, we will start and end the class as scheduled. For the learning content missed, you can contact the counselor to purchase more class hours as needed.

2) If you fail to attend a class, please ask the counselor for leave in advance. If you miss a class (failure to attend a class) without asking for leave in advance, we will deduct corresponding class hours from your remaining class hours

3) If you miss a class after asking for leave in advance, we will make up missed lessons for you according to the following regulations.

• a.A free makeup lesson will be given to you per 30 class hours bought, which shall be used within 1 year and will be invalid after expiration. In addition, this free makeup lesson can neither be converted into cash nor transferred to others.

• b.The time of makeup lesson and the number of students attending this class will be arranged by us autonomously. You can choose to attend the class according to actual needs. The duration of the makeup lesson shall be determined according to the number of students attending the class: 30 minutes (1 student) and 60 minutes (2-3 students).

• c. If needed, you can purchase more class hours by contacting the counselor.

6. Special Occasions

When a scheduled lesson meets a Chinese national holiday, the lesson is cancelled automatically. Your counselor will inform you about it in advance.

7. Dropout (Refund)

If needed, you can ask for dropout (refund) by contacting the counselor. We will deduct corresponding class hours according to the class record and refund the remaining tuition. After dropout (refund), we will automatically clear the number of free makeup lessons.
